Live! Kwinana

As we wrap up another successful season of our Live! Kwinana series I would like to take this opportunity to extend our warmest thanks to the community for helping to make these events grow into the spirited and festive occasions that they are.

A big thank you must also go out to our 2011 sponsors. Without your generous support these events could not happen.

This year’s celebrations offered some exciting highlights with the fire truck featured at the Children’s Party proving very popular with the little ones, some awe inspiring martial arts and dance demonstrations at the Festival Fair Day and Concert, an impressive display of skill from our youth in the Freakfest skating competitions, and most recently, a unique family fun day full of animal antics at PETScapade.

I look forward to seeing you all again at the Live! Kwinana series for 2012. Not only do these free events serve to enhance the active and community oriented lifestyle enjoyed by the residents of Kwinana, but they also offer us the opportunity to exhibit some of the beautiful parklands and facilities we have to offer.

PETScapade promotes responsible pet ownership, health, wellbeing, active and engaged communities and is the Town of Kwinana’s fastest growing community event with crowds doubling in size every year.
